I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we even received a lovely gift for our anniversary. The service was exceptional, with little details like choosing lemon or milk for tea making our romantic breakfast in bed special. The location was superb, centrally located with a European touch. The dining experience had a good variety of options, but availability was limited in the evening. The facilities were top-notch, including a premium selection of meats.
The hotel's rooms are modern and functional, equipped with a Tassimo coffee machine and dimmers in the bathroom, furnished in a nice style with excellent cleanliness, but it comes at a higher price point. The service is friendly and efficient, although at times lack of spaces and some basics were not readily available. The location is perfect for downtown Calgary exploration, with easy access to stores and restaurants, including being across the street from Calgary Tower. The dining options offer a good mix of European and American items, but could be improved for the money spent. The facilities are well-maintained and offer a pleasant experience.
The hotel is centrally located, allowing us to walk everywhere and experience the best of Calgary. The rooms were excellent, sleek, and surprisingly quiet. The staff was friendly, courteous, and professional, making our stay more enjoyable. However, the dining was not satisfying, lacking in options. Overall, a perfect spot downtown with some room for improvement in the dining department.
My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The room was tech-enabled with a Chromecast and directions on how to use it, which was a cool touch. The suite was spacious, had a wonderful bed, and modern fixtures, making it a perfect setting for our last night of honeymoon.
